Get Steamed – One Easy and Affordable Way to Improve the Quality of Your Life

Posted under All Bath

A steam bath can be a great addition to your master bath suite, basement gym or entertainment room. These days it has become an affordable luxury that any homeowner can enjoy. It will improve the quality of your life in more ways than you might expect.

A steam bath is occasionally referred to as a steam sauna, but a sauna is actually a different type of bath. A steam bath is generally a vapor-proof room with 100 percent humidity and a temperature that rarely goes above 130 degrees Fahrenheit. Strictly speaking, it’s actually more of a vapor bath in a warm, damp climate. A traditional sauna has less moisture and higher temperatures, sometimes approaching 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Modern steam showers are energy efficient and don’t require any more floor space than a standard shower stall. In fact it is a fairly small job to convert an existing shower into a fully functional steam shower.

In many cultures they are known as a panacea and considered a great way to revitalize the spirit. Thanks to its invigorating and relaxing properties, this is one of the best therapies for fighting the stress and tension we suffer in our every day lives. The steam bath is also useful for cleaning and toning the skin surface. It provides a terrific deep cleaning that opens and loosens congested pores. They are beneficial for breathing problems and stimulate cardiovascular circulation. A steam bath can be good for headaches, skin conditions and even insect bites. Many people believe that if taken at the beginning of a cold, there is less likelihood of developing the flu. This hot moist environment has also been known to improve the health and look of hair and scalp. Although the effect will be short lived it is quite possible to sweat off several pounds while relaxing.

This is one of the most ancient forms of detoxification and helps open the pores, which can allow for the elimination of toxins. The result is much like a simulated fever; it can help sweat the toxins out of your body.

The main risk of either a sauna or a steam bath is overdoing it; too much heat is not good for you and may result in fainting or even more severe complications. The ideal duration is 10 to 15 minutes. In addition, steam baths are sometimes not recommended for pregnant women. As always you should check with your doctor if you have any doubts.

Steam showers are more that just a lot of hot air. It can be a natural and safe form of rejuvenation for your body and soul. They are a truly unique form of bathing that can be affordable and easy to maintain, when compared to hot tubs or repeated visits to an exotic spa. The Steam Bath is really a hot, damp, all-embracing yet healthy form of self-indulgence.

Water, the Ultimate Detox Tool- Discover 3 Powerful Water Detox Methods

Posted under All Bath

“Cast Thyself Into The Enfolding Arms Of The Angel Of Water For She Shall Cast Out From Thee All That Is Unclean And Evil.” – The Dead Sea Scrolls- 3rd century BCE to 640 AD.

It constitutes an intrinsic part of our daily life and we couldn’t survive without it. Amongst its countless benefits to our health and our planet, WATER is the ultimate natural detox tool.

The recent Detox Craze has reached phenomenal proportions, with manufacturers frantically marketing products that promise instant cleansing and purification, in an attempt to fulfil -and obviously profit from- such an overwhelming market demand.

By highly publicizing their successful detox experiences, stars like Beyonce -amongst others- have contributed in making detox ‘hip’ and ‘trendy’. This and other factors have made detox the health buzzword of the 21st century. It is now considered a necessary factor in the quest for optimal health, weight loss and well being.

Unfortunately, such proliferation, variety and availability of detox aids makes identifying the ideal personal detox program a daunting task.

Many cases and articles of ‘detox gone wrong’ are published on the web, reminding the gullible and the unseasoned of the dangers of extreme detox, which clearly could be health-hazardous.

The quest for the ideal detox tool or program is on, with a mind-boggling array of products to choose from: Detox supplements, colon cleansing aids, detox foot baths and detox patches… The list is endless!

In our frantic search for the ultimate detox, we’ve overlooked the ideal and most obvious detox aid. A free, natural resource we’re in physical contact with every single day of our life: Water.

NOTHING supports the body’s cleansing and elimination capacity like Water; the most ancient and potent natural detox aid ever known to mankind. Whether by drinking it, sweating or bathing in it, water has been used to expel toxins, and restore health since the dawn of humanity.

Drink Plenty of Water

We’re all familiar with the dangers of –even minor- dehydration by now.

If the body is not sufficiently hydrated, the cells will draw water from the bloodstream, thus pressurizing and burdening the heart. Even mild dehydration prevents the kidneys from effectively purifying the blood.

When this happens, some of the kidney’s workload is passed on to the liver and other organs, and may cause them to be severely stressed. Minor health conditions such as constipation, dry and itchy skin, acne, nosebleeds, urinary tract infections, coughs, sneezing, sinus problems and headache may develop as a consequence.

It is no secret that drinking 2 litres of water a day can dramatically improve your health, and the signs will be obvious: Glowing complexion and clear skin, better immunity, better digestion, less aches and pains, weight loss, less cellulite, better concentration and renewed vitality and energy.

Most detox regimes recommend flooding the body with purified or filtered water, rather than the bottled kind. Infusing the body with water will immediately stimulate your kidneys, liver and digestive system’s (primary detox organs) functions. It will boost your metabolism, which in turn accelerates toxin and fat elimination.

Water fasts are highly praised for cleansing, and are regularly practised by keen detox advocates. However, fasting is not to be taken lightly, and any fast longer than 48 hours should be medically supervised.

Steam and Sweat Baths

There is a valid reason why humans have used sweat baths for hygienic and health purposes since the Stone Age. It’s because sweating has proven its effectiveness in flushing out toxins and disease, and maintaining optimal health.

The skin is the largest organ in the body and, through the pores, it plays a major role in the detoxifying process alongside the lungs, kidneys, bowels, liver, and the lymphatic and immune systems. The skin produces cool sweat to regulate the body’s elevated temperature. It also has the ability to transform toxins from lipid-soluble or oil-based, into easier to eliminate, water-soluble form. Sweat carries toxins out of the body and flushes them through the pores.

Most cultures around the world have their own versions of the sweat bath, whether it’s the ancient Romans and their “Thermae” or the traditional Japanese “Onsen”. The Russian “Banya”, or the native American Indians’ “Inipi”, without omitting the notorious Turkish bath or “Hamam”. However, the Finnish Sauna, remains the most prominent and popular one of all.

Regardless of what it’s called, the sweat bath’s health benefits are infinite, with the primary one being its waste and toxins elimination action through the pores. Other sweat baths benefits include improved circulation, weight and fat loss, skin cleansing and body and mind relaxation.

Detox Bath

An equally powerful water detox method is the Detox Bath.

Based on an ancestral detox technique created by Louis Kuhne of Leipzig in 1883, (who used it to treat his own cancer and heal thousands of often-serious diseases), the Detox Bath uses ONLY water and can take as little as 10 minutes a day.

The Detox Bath’s working principle is to refresh the core area of the body (around the groin and genitals) during 10 minutes daily or longer, depending on your initial condition, and the results you seek to achieve. This process creates a vibration in the fascia (Interconnecting tissue covering all internal organs), which sets in motion a roll-back effect that transports digestion’s leftover fats and deposited toxins back to the intestines, where they are later eliminated.

Why Is The Detox Bath So Powerful?

Besides its toxin and fat elimination action, the Detox Bath’s potency resides in the fact that:

1- It works on the groin area, one of the highest nerve-concentration areas in the body, hence its positive effect on mood, sleep and energy.

2- The groin Houses main arteries, so the bath greatly improves blood circulation and digestion.

3- It stimulates the root chakra, which governs sexual energy and reproductive organs. It helps regulate the menstrual cycle, and has been used by Louis Kuhne to treat impotence. It is also beneficial for low libido and menopausal symptoms.

Practiced regularly, the Detox Bath, (based on Louis Kuhne’s friction sitz bath) supports the body’s elimination capacity, effectively ridding it of toxins and fat. It boosts metabolism and digestion; improves sleep, energy and mood, and promotes clear skin and radiant complexion.

Conclusion

Detox is not -and never will be- an instant, magical fix. Detox is an ongoing process, which provides tremendous health benefits, that you can enjoy starting today, by simply using water…

A regular practice of a combination of the 3 -almost free- and completely safe water detox methods above is the only detox regime you’ll ever need to effectively eliminate toxins and fat, and enjoy a lifetime of radiant health.

Endometriosis Part 105 – Endometriosis and Hydrotherapy

Posted under All Bath

As we mentioned in previous articles, endometriosis growing somewhere else other than the endometrium also reacts to hormonal signals of the monthly menstrual cycle by building up tissue, breaking it, and eliminating it through the menstrual period. As we know, hydrotherapy is a medical technique that helps to treat diseases with water. In this article, we will discuss how hydrotherapy helps to treat endometriosis.

I. Definition
Hydrotherapy is defined as a type of medical treatment all involving water.

II. Types of hydrotherapy used in treating endometriosis

1) Local packings
The local packing consists of a wet sheet enveloping the abdomen, with a number of dry blankets packed tightly over it. The trapped abdominal heat causes the abdomen to be warmed and the sheet is re-wetted as it dries. Local packing is generally used to release the blood stagnation by stimulating the blood flow to the abdomen.

2) Sitz bath
A sitz bath is a type of bath in which only the hips and buttocks are soaked in water. It is said to reduce inflammation, infection and menstrual cramps.
a) Hot air bath
Hot air bath is one type of under water bath with hot air sprayed into the the water during the bath. It is said to increase blood flow in the body and reduce the pain caused by chronic illness, such as endometrial cramps.
b) General bath
General bath includes the rain, spray, shower, shallow, plunge, douche, and common morning sponge baths with combination of cold and hot water. It is said that general bath helps to increase the circulation of blood and reduce tension of muscles that cause heavy bleeding and endometriosis cramps.
c) Local bath
Local bath includes the sitz, douche, spinal, foot and head baths with hot or cold water. The sitz head and foot baths are used flowing on occasion. It is said that local bath is an effective treatment for reducing inflammation.

3) Compress
There are 2 types of compress
a) Hot compress
By placing a hot towel over a part of the body will increase blood flow to that part of the body. It is said hot compress will help to reduce regional pains.
b) Cold Compress
By placing a very cold towel over a part of the body will reduce the inflammation of that part of the body.

4. Under water massage
Generally it is for people who suffer from chronic pain. It is said that this technique will help to reduce pain during and after massage because aching tissues are supported under the water.

5. Under water exercise
Under water exercise is said help to relax abdominal muscles, thereby reducing the endometrial cramps.

6. Ice and water
Ice and water is put in a wrapped bag and placed on the pain area which helps to reduce inflammation.

I hope this information will help. If you need more information or insurance advices, please follow my article series of the above subject at my home page at:

Eliminate Stress During the Holidays

Posted under All Bath

The easiest way in which to eliminate stress during the holidays is by getting your shopping done early. Shopping for gifts and preparing your home for friends and family are probably some of the most important things you will need to do during the holiday season.

You can start as soon as you know just how many family and friends will be guests in your home. You can find all the linen you need, decorate the rooms, and even plan the meals.

In regards to preparing the meals, you may need a few more cooking essentials. Make sure you have items such as cookware, knife sets, dinnerware, flatware, and even various decorations to enhance the beauty of your kitchen. You may wish to purchase specific holiday decorations as well which will ensure that everyone will be a festive mood.

Next, you will need to be sure that you have all the linens you will need for extra family members such as extra blankets, sheets and towel sets. Not only will you need a few extra blankets but you will also want to purchase extra bath items such as soaps, bath sets, tissue holder and more.

Not only will you find everything you need to make your family feel at home, but you can add a few holiday decorating items such as clocks, Christmas lights, or wall plagues to add to the ambience. No matter what you need to decorate your home for holidays, you will be able to find it all on the internet. You can purchase special Christmas items such as snowbuddies, lighting, ornaments, stockings, candles, candleholders, Christmas dinnerware, decorations, along with items for Hanukkah. No matter what you wish to add around your home for this holiday, you are sure to have a great reception with your choice of snowmen, Santa, angels, and more.

The best thing is you can even do your entire gift shopping online. Whether you are shopping for your husband or wife, family or friends, you can find nearly every gift idea imaginable on the internet.

Keep the stress out of your holiday plans by planning early, shopping online and taking time out of your day to rest and relax. All that will be left is the cooking.

Turn Back Time With a Traditional Bathroom

Posted under All Bath

Over the past few years, the world has seen massive advances in technological development: from High-Definition televisions to digital photo-frames and interactive games consoles, your lounge and moreover the remainder of your home is never likely to be the same again. The one exception is of course, the bathroom, but nowadays modern technology is even being built into most bathroom furnishings. In fact, it is now possible to purchase a radiator fitted with a LCD television. But do we really need, or indeed want the very latest technologies invading our bathrooms? The bathroom has always been one of the few places in the home where we could find solitude and a place to relax and gather our thoughts.

Whilst there have been obvious developments in newer, modern bathroom designs and features, there have also been many, less obvious developments in the more traditional bathroom styling. Recreating that authentic Roman or Victorian bathroom has never been easier, or cheaper, with the ‘latest’ traditional designs and furnishings. Picking an era to replicate is the best place to start when planning your traditional bathroom. There are designs available that will contribute to the legitimacy of your chosen period; be it Elizabethan, Edwardian or Victorian. However, even if you cannot decide or don’t want to stick to a particular period, you can still achieve some stunning results by mixing and matching eras.

With so much variety on offer, the first and possibly most difficult item to choose is the bath. A traditional bath is likely to become the centre-point of your bathroom design and will contribute most to the overall feel you are trying to create. When choosing your bath, it is highly probable that you will be looking at a Roll Top or Claw Foot bath. Available in a range of styles and materials, Roll Top baths are available from a number of outlets with acrylic and cast-iron tubs being the most popular. However, the choice doesn’t end there: you will still need to select which style of bath to go for. The most common types are single-ended or double-ended Roll Tops, Slipper Baths and Pedestal Baths.

If you are considering a Roll Top bath, choosing the right feet for the bath can make or break the traditional feel you are looking to achieve. There is little point in purchasing a traditional roll top bath if modern feet are used to mount it. Therefore, when purchasing your bath, ensure you invest in a set of Claw feet, or Ball and Claw feet as they are sometimes known. To complete your bath, taps will also be required, with the most authentic style of taps that can be applied to a roll top bath being those that can be mounted on chrome or gold stand pipes. This style of tap hovers over the bath, with the pipes exposed. Ideally, a bath shower mixer tap from your chosen era should be mounted on to the pipes, and this style of tap is available from most online and high street bathroom stores.

Once your bath is in place, it is time to look toward choosing your bathroom suite. The main styles here are High Level and Low Level suites, although it is possible to obtain some excellent traditional close coupled suites. Normally, High or Low Level suites are only available in a traditional style – saving you time trawling through modern or contemporary suites. Exposed pipe-work is preferable, although suites with rope or fluted styling will help add to the authenticity of your finished bathroom.

For the finishing touch, a radiator would be a great option to go for. There are many Edwardian and Victorian styles out there, and although not a must have, they certainly add to the overall feel of a traditional bathroom. Once you have achieved your perfect period bathroom, ensure it stays that way and becomes your own little sanctuary away from the rest of the world. And whatever you do, keep the television out of the bathroom!

Are You Ready To Spa?!

Posted under All Bath

Are you ready for the ultimate home spa experience in your home? Then you’ve come to the right place.

There’s simply no better way to relax in your home after a long day at work or a hard workout than to do so in your own home spa. No expensive health clubs to join, no having to step out into cold weather after a long, relaxing soak to drive home, no sharing your time in the spa with other people (unless you want to). And over time, purchasing your own home spa is cheaper than joining a health club. You also have the convenience of being able to use it any time it’s convenient for you and you can do so in the privacy of your own home.

The SG-2000 Ultrasonic Home Spa turns your bathtub into a home spa. Its “bubble ultrasound” technology creates hypersonic wave energy by the continuous collision of the bubbles, which is perfectly safe for humans and provides a deep massage to all 320 acupressure points.

For a relaxing massage, look no further than your home spa. Stepping into your spa and putting it on a massage setting is a great way to soothe away the aches and pains of the day, no masseuse needed. Ideally, water temperature should be about 98 degrees.

Need to relax your mind as well as your body? Aromatic bath oils are the perfect answer. They provide a soothing or stimulating backdrop to your spa session, depending on which scent you choose. Have you had a stressful day and are you looking to unwind? Then, lavender bath oils are a perfect addition to your spa session. Do you have a busy night ahead of you, so that you need to be energized? Then rosemary bath oils may be the perfect answer.

The different types of essential bath oils and bath salts also are beneficial to different types of health conditions. For example, if you suffer from migraine headaches, both lavender and rosemary essential oils, depending on what is most appropriate for you given your situation (see above), such as whether you have a busy or relaxing night ahead of you, will help ease them. For overall health, Melissa, seaweed or lemon bath salts should be used. For acne problems especially (a problem for both teens and women approaching middle age) lemon salt is beneficial. For water retention, try seaweed salt.

For a complete list of bath oils and salts and their effects, please go to http://www.hydrospabusiness.com and click on “FAQ” (Frequently Asked Questions), then “What is the recommended usage of different types of bath salts?” This page will list not only the bath salts and their effects, but different bath oil scents and their effects as well.

In short, there’s simply no more cost-effective, enjoyable and convenient way to treat yourself to a daily spa than by purchasing your own SG-2000 Ultrasonic Home Spa machine.

A Walk in Tub Will Provide Independence for Elderly and Disabled Individuals

Posted under All Bath

Most people enjoy taking a bath as it helps to relax and soothe away the troubles and stresses of everyday life. This option isn’t available to everyone, if you are an elderly person, have arthritis or some physical disability that prevents you from moving around easily, then this scenario might be out of your reach. Getting yourself in and out of a normal bath tub can be too painful, awkward and for some people only accomplished with assistance.

There is a substitute to the conventional bath tub that is more convenient for older people and anyone with mobility problems. For persons with mobility problems a walk in bathtub can offer a practical solution that will allow them to get in and out of a bath tub with little or no assistance. A walk in bath tub can also be beneficial to the caregiver as it prevents them from straining which happens when lifting a person in and out of a regular bathtub.

A walk in bath tub is not that different from a regular bath, the big difference is that it provides many more benefits. There is a door fitted into the side panel that allows you easy access into the bath. When the door is open you can simply walk through and there is no climbing into the bath involved. The idea is very simple idea but it provides fantastic benefits. Walk in bath tubs are often higher than a normal bathtub and are sealed to prevent water from escaping the bathtub. When you have got into the bathtub, pull the door closed and then fill it up with water.

If you want to buy a walk-in tub, then visit a showroom and check them out for yourself. You are advised to always check the baths out for yourself as they come in many range of sizes with various details. Although seats are adjustable you should always try the in-built seat for comfort and height before you make your decision. Doors can open in or out, from left to right and vise versa.

Walk in tubs are a perfect alternative for anyone who finds it difficult to get in and out of a conventional bath or is prone to falling. Walk in tubs have slip resistant flooring and safety bars can be inserted for pulling yourself up and aid balance. The water temperature gauge prevents the water from getting too hot and some tubs are fitted with shower heads enabling you to sit and shower if preferred. If you have muscle cramps, inflammation problems, arthritis, varicose veins or suffer from bad circulation, a jet massage can help soothe them. Take a look in a Walk in Tubs Buyers Guide and discover all the benefits.

Not only elderly or people with mobility problems will appreciate walk in bath tubs. They are useful for everyone in the family. They are safe in many ways and can be a great help to parents with young children due to their non-slip surfaces.

Better quality walk in bath tubs are made from acrylic, a material which is easy to clean and maintain. You can choose your bathtub from a variety of colors to match your already existing design. They are also easy to fit as they can be purchased in standard sizes, just remove the old bath tub and have a plumber fit the new one into the existing space.

Walk in bathtubs are planned with people who have mobility problems in mind. That is why you will find the extras such a help. The door latch is simple to use, as is the on/off switches for the taps and shower knob. All the small details have been well thought through and researched and they are a benefit to every home.

Bath time calls for privacy and relaxation. Walk in bath tubs can restore a person’s self independence and confidence as well as offering a safe method of bathing.

Redecorating Your Bathroom on a Budget

Posted under All Bath

Bland tiling patterns, out-dated fixtures, lack of storage area.. if any of these scenarios describe your current bathroom, fear not!  Remodeling your bathroom does not need to be that expensive, time-consuming vision that you might have conjured up in your mind.  In fact, redoing your bathroom can be done in an extremely affordable manner with a minimal price.  Of course, as with everything, you’ll only get out of it what you put into it.

While redecorating any area of the House seems to have become quite a popular hobby these days, it does not need to be an activity that breaks the bank.  Many of us are living on a strict budget due to current financial strains; however, the present economic state need not dictate the way we choose to live our lives or spend our dollars.  Some people may consider beginning with the bathroom as starting small.  This couldn’t be further from the truth.  Enhancing a bathroom with unique accessories can deliver a powerful impact and make an immediate bold statement within your home.

Start with a shower curtain.  Sure, many of today’s updated Homes are built with sliding glass doors, but for those of us without that luxury, we’ll always have the trusty water stopper to look toward.  Simply choose a shower curtain with a color scheme or pattern that ties in existing hues or designs within your bathroom.  Adding such a simple yet unique accessory can easily add new character and flair to your bathroom.

From the shower curtain, consider moving onto a bath set.  Bath sets typically include a contour rug for around the base of the toilet, an accent rug to place outside of your shower or bathtub, and a matching toilet seat cover.  Because these are often sold in sets, you may also be lucky enough to find a matching shower curtain to pair with the set.  Choosing bath rugs that are soft to the touch are a good option – especially if you live in a colder climate.  Stepping onto a warm surface upon exiting the shower is one of those little things that can start your day on the right foot, literally and figuratively.

Once you’ve selected your shower curtain and bath set, you might want to look into finding some uniquely designed bath accessories to fill out the theme in your bathroom.  Bathroom accessory sets are also a popular item nowadays.  Accessory sets often include a lotion dispenser, soap dish, tumbler, toothbrush holder, and tissue box among several other bath items.  These bath accessories can often be found with unique themes as well as in simple elegant and modern finishes.  Ensuring that these bath accessories complement your shower curtain and bath set will easily give you decorating direction with your bathroom.

As you can see, remodeling a bathroom does not need to mean re-gutting and resurfacing your existing structure.  So long as you follow your budget, you’ll be able to economically redecorate your bathroom.  Changing your shower curtain, and updating your bath sets and bathroom accessory sets every so often will help add a fresh new look to your bathroom at an extremely affordable price.

Home Design Sense – Bathroom Design Ideas

Posted under All Bath

Bathroom design can be fun and simple. All you need to do is decide what you want to change or alter and have it done – or do-it-yourself.

Sinks can add an incredible value and convenience to any small bathroom. You can find many wonderful ideas by looking online ad different plumbing supply companies. Sinks, stools, showers and baths can make a big difference. In the remodel I mentioned above we used a rounded shower with glass doors to increase spatial perception. Sinks can add an incredible value and convenience to any small bathroom. You can find many wonderful ideas by looking online ad different plumbing supply companies.

Installing marble countertops is a nice touch, and adding radiant floor heating will keep your feet warm and cozy, heat the room for when you get out of the shower, and helps wet floors dry faster. For a relaxed, soothing quiet time, a steam bath/shower or customized spa shower with multiple water jets will rejuvenate your body and soul. Installing new faucets and all accessories in both the kitchen and bathroom can make a significant difference. These days there are plenty of modern faucet designs that can help update and freshen up a kitchen or bathroom.

Natural light will help to uplift and energize your room. There are currently many choices when it comes to changing the color of your bathroom. Natural light can be very uplifting in its effect on how you feel.

Tile is one of the best things you can put in the bathrooms and if you buy a neutral shade can last you for a really long time. It also doesn’t get worn out as much as some other materials. Tiles used for the walls are easy to clean and can resist stains. From the ceiling down can use a light code because you will not have stains or moisture except around the stove where the steam may reach the upper heights. Tile adds a look of elegance to a bathroom that is not captured with vinyl or Linoleum flooring materials.

Accessorize by as a good deal mirror as the bath will handle, painting a stencil on the largest wall (if this reflects in the mirror every one the better) otherwise perhaps a painting of a spacious outdoor scene. Every one of these ideas will help donate a feeling of spaciousness. Accessories are also important when you are considering bathroom remodeling ideas. Depending on the size of your bathroom a large mirror can be both functional as well as practical in terms of adding to the appearance of the room.

Plush rugs, thick towels, and other accessories make your bathroom experience a pleasant one. Plus any stains will be magnified on it.

Imagine how gorgeous plush hand towels will look tucked into an antique chest! Imagine taking a soothing bath or shower on a crisp winter evening. What is worse than stepping out of that warm paradise onto a cold floor? Imagine how much fun a Walt Disney theme can be in your children’s bathroom or a romantic theme in the master bathroom. If you’ve really got a gift for thinking creatively, there is no end to the many bathroom remodeling ideas that you can come up with.

Imagine your bathroom being used for relaxing, as well as pampering yourself after a long, tiring day. Consider your home a work in progress and have fun doing it.
